This one belongs entirely to Ravi, one of my housemates. This is absolutely amazing. It has just the right balance of spices; no need to do takeaway again! This recipe is enough for two hungry people.
Toast a slice of the Olive, Basil and Sun Dried Tomato Bread then eat with goats cheese, tomato and lettuce. Easy as pie.
I am now back at Durham - the frozen north! Made this because I have not made a cake in ages; bit of a house warming thing too. I shall try and blog as much as I can but obviously I have work to do (arhhgg) and since this is my second year, it all actually counts now!
This is spectacular. It's Millionaire's Shortbread - but better! No denying it. Elena introduced it to me and it is glorious. Do it. Will change your life. If you have made Lamb Stew, why not use the leftovers the following day for some soup? Just boil through again, adding some tinned onion soup if there is not much of it.
