- Cup of milk
- Pudding spoon caster sugar
- 1 egg, beaten with a fork
- 4 pieces of white chocolate
- Half a pudding spoon of milk hot chocolate powder
- Cap full of baileys
Pop the cup of milk into a saucepan. Beat up an egg with a fork and pour in with the milk. Warm it gently, stirring all the time (else it goes lumpy). Add the chocolate and the hot chocolate powder; keep stirring. When the egg nog is beginning to steam and coats the back of your wooden spoon, pour the drink into your mug and then stir in the baileys.
