The chocolate stuff it is resting on is the chocolate ganache I made for my super easy chocolate tart. The two go great together.
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 pudding spoons honey
- 300ml double cream
- 6 pudding spoons of Baileys
Method
Beat the egg yolks for 5 minutes with a whisk until thick and pale. Add the honey. Whisk a little more. Now add the cream and baileys and beat until thick. This takes ages. Literally about 25 minutes.
When it is ready, pop in an airtight container and in the freezer for a about 24 hours.
