- Chicken breasts
- Cheese of your choice (I only had cheddar - woo!)
- Parma (or ordinary - whatever is on offer) Ham
- Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
Method
Pour a little olive oil on a baking tin. Lay the chicken out. Put one slice of cheese (or more if you fancy it) and some ham on top.
Season with salt and pepper and pour a little more olive oil on.
Cut some tomatoes in half and chuck them in with the chicken. Cover it all with silver foil and cook at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
