- 40g Terry's chocolate orange
- 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
- 2 egg whites
- Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Whizz the eggs until soft and pillowy. Add the sugar. Whizz until hard peaks.
Chocolate mousse is one of life's little pleasures. This is enough for two ramekins - an easy pudding that everyone will like. It is quite a wet mousse, almost soupy and very rich so suggest you don't fill the ramekins too high!

Whizz the eggs until soft and pillowy. Add the sugar. Whizz until hard peaks.
Melt the chocolate (use a bain marie). Add to the egg and sugar. Pop in half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Whizz until bubbles appear.
Pour the mix into two ramekins and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.
