- Pasta
- Smoked salmon
- 100ml double cream
- Chives
Method
Get the pasta on (add a slug of olive oil and some salt).
Chop up the salmon and the chives.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the cream, salmon and herbs. Allow it to heat up - the salmon can be cold if it's been in the fridge (#thatswhatfridgesdo).
Boom. Easy, beautiful, filling.
