Very easy, very tasty.
- 3 sausages
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- A slug of double cream (just a tad)
- A tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp clear honey
- Cheese, for grating
- Pasta
Method
Pop a saucepan on the heat with some olive oil.
Get the sausage meat out of the skins of the sausages. To do this, just squeeze the sausage hard and it all pops out the end. Roll into small balls and put to one side in a bowl.
Chop up the onion. Chuck the sausages into the saucepan and fry off. When they look brown (no longer pink) pop the onion in. Make sure you stir fairly regularly or it will burn. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
After about 5-10 minutes (the sausage should look cooked), add the honey and put the pasta on in a separate pan (boiling water with a little olive oil and salt).
Now add the cream, let it simmer for a couple of minutes then put the tomatoes in.
Keep everything on the heat until the pasta is done and serve with grated cheese. Niiicccee.
