- 400g chocolate
- 50g butter
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 6 chocolate digestives, roughly broken
- 50g mini marshmallows (a good handful)
- 50g sultanas (a good handful)
Method
Melt the chocolate over boiling water. Add in the butter. Stir until melted. Take off the heat and add in the syrup.
Add the marshmallows, digestives and sultanas. Stir until coated.
Pop it in a baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and press down with the back of a spoon (see vid). Chill for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Cut it up and eat!
