- 100g butter
- 60g caster sugar
- 125g plain flour
- Chocolate sauce
Method
Cream the sugar and butter together. Add the flour and beat until it is like breadcrumbs. Line a round baking tin with baking paper and then pour in the mix. Press it down hard with the back of a spoon.
Cook for 10 mins at 175, then let it cool until hard. I chucked it outside on the stone floor and it was totally cool in about 10 mins. Squirt the chocolate sauce artistically over the top (see picture). It's kind of chewy.
