- Tinned Tuna in sunflower oil, drained
- Kale - a large handful
- Olives - about 5 or 6, halved
- Cheese, just a smattering
- Pasta - enough
Method
Cook the pasta in salted water with a splash of olive oil. When it is nearly done add the kale for about 2 mins. Drain. Flake in the tuna and olives. Chuck it on a plate and grate a little cheese on top. Faaaaabbb.
