- Salmon fillets
- Half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method
Pop the salmon skin-side-down on some tin foil. Squeeze over half a lemon and season well with salt and pepper.
Wrap it up in the tin foil and then bake for 13 mins at 180.
It's that easy.
I then broke it all up (keep the skin if you like it, don't if you don't) and added it to some (drained) pasta. I poured in a little double cream and some cheese and then ate it like that. This was good! You may need to season with salt and try and use mature cheese as it's far nicer.
