Probably a side or could be a green quick bite if you are trying to be super healthy...
- A load of pak choi (I had 3 bits)
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
- A slug of olive oil
Method
Pop a slug of olive oil in a wok. Chop the garlic up. Boil a kettle. Don't turn the heat on until the kettle has boiled.
Chop the base off the pak choi so that all the leafy bits come apart. Wash them under cold water. See the video.
Brown the garlic then add in the pak choi. Cook for about 30 seconds and toss it about using two spatulas or wooden spoons. Now add in enough water to cover it and cook for about a minute.
Drain. Eat. It should be beautifully tender and slightly sweet.
