- 2 eggs
- Knob of butter (see video)
- Pudding spoon of milk
- Salt and pepper
Method
Break the eggs into the mug and then add the butter and the milk. Blitz it together with a fork then bung in the microwave. I did mine for 30 secs then gave it a stir with my fork before bunging it back in for another 30 seconds then stirring it again then another 15 seconds (and stirring) then finally one more 15 seconds (and more stirring).
So that's 1 minute 30 seconds overall. But be aware all microwaves have souls and so behave differently. If in doubt go for shorter periods because otherwise it'll go rubbery. Not into that.
Pop some toast on just as you put the egg in first.
Season it with salt and pepper to get some flavour.
