- 125g butter
- 7 pudding spoons flour
- 5 pudding spoons oats
- 5 pudding spoons soft light brown sugar
- Half a lemon
Method
Melt the butter and then pour over all the dry ingredients. Mix together with your hands. Add the lemon juice.
Then make a small ball of the mix and press down on it with the base of your palm - it wants to be quite thick - and cut out with a cookie cutter (or around a glass).
Pop on a floured baking tin and cook at 180 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
Leave to cool. Enjoy!
