- 150g butter
- 225g sugar
- 1 egg
- 100g self raising flour
- 150g plain flour
- 3 packets of Maltesers
- Mini marshmallows
Method
Cream the butter and the sugar with a whisk.
Add the egg and flour and then stir with a wooden spoon. Add 1.5 tablespoons of milk. Stir. Add the Maltesers.
Cover and pop in the fridge for 24 hours.
Chop the dough into smallish chunks, cover lightly with marshmallows and place on a baking tray. Cook at 180 for about 8-10 minutes.
They should be slightly soggy when you touch them - leave them to cool and they go hard!
