- Rice, about a hollow pepper full
- 1 clove garlic
- Half an onion
- 5 plum tomatoes
- Black Olives
- 1 pepper
- Salt and pepper
Method
Core the pepper - salt and pepper it, covering lightly with olive oil. Cook for about 15 mins in the oven.
Cook the rice in salted water for 12-15mins. Chop up the garlic, onion and tomatoes.
When the rice is cooked add the onion, tomato, olives and garlic and fry off.
Fill the pepper and eat!
