- 2 onions, chopped into rings
- 850g pork tenderloin, cut into medallions
- Cheese (some Emmental and strong cheddar)
- 300ml double cream
- Salt and pepper
Method
Melt a little butter in a large dish. Pop a layer of pork in then the onion rings then loads of grated cheese. Repeat this (i.e. two layers of everything). Season each layer with plenty of salt and pepper.
Cook for 50 mins at 200 with a lid on. Now add the cream and cook for a further 15 mins.
