Just chuck these in your pot in the order laid out below. Put the hard bits in the bottom and get softer as you go up. When you are ready to eat it, give it a shake so the dressing covers everything.
- Dressing (1 tbs balsamic, 2-3 olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, maybe mustard)
- Diced cucumber
- Radish 1/8 x2
- 3 spring onions
- Half avocado
- Handful rocket
- 2 diced tomatoes
- Goats cheese
- 3 black olives
- Croutons
