- 1.5 pudding spoon olive oil
- 1.5 pudding spoon balsamic vinegar
- An inch of cucumber, cubed
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- A handful of spinach
- A large tomato, sliced
- Half an avocado, diced
Method
Just add everything to the jar in the order listed above. If you are eating straight away, you can add the dressing last (the reason you do it first if you are making it in the morning then eating it for lunch is to keep the salad fresh and not soggy).
