- Half a pepper
- Inch of cucumber
- Inch of ginger
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Thin noodles
- Prawns (cooked and peeled from supermarket)
- Coriander
- Chopped chillies
Method
Dice the pepper pepper, cucumber and ginger.
Fry in a little olive oil and more soy sauce
Boil a kettle and cover the noodles, a handful chopped coriander and a bit more soy sauce for three minutes (or whatever the noodle packet says).
Chuck prawns in (so they warm up) and shut lid of the jar.
Shake of chopped chillies in with pepper, cucumber and ginger and reheat. After the three minutes is up, pop in the jar and eat with a fork! When you get to the end you will find that it turns into a bit of a soup - grab a spoon and eat! Delicious.
