- Pasta
- Smoked salmon
- Handful spinach
- A dash of double cream
Method
Get the pasta on. Chop the salmon into chunks. Drain the pasta. Add in the the salmon and spinach. Give a stir and add in the cream. You just want enough that the pasta is all coated but not so much that it's wet. Heat it through on the hob. This will help the spinach cook a bit. Season with plenty of pepper.
Eat. Add cheese.
