- 400g chocolate spread (there is an 80p Tesco pot which is perfect)
- 65g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
Method
Decant the chocolate spread into a bowl. Add in the flour and the eggs then mix together with a fork. It should go fairly smooth.
Now pop in a baking tin (about the size of an iPad Air; when you put it in it wants to be quite thin otherwise it goes cakey) lined with baking paper and bung in the oven at 180 for 20 mins then pop some tin foil on for 8 mins then take it off and cook for a final 2 mins.
Let it cool then cut it up and enjoy!
