So I saw a video the other day doing this but with a huge lump of bread and that got me thinking about how we could student-ise the recipe. So this is the answer. Boursin is fab. Just chuck in and tuck in!

Deeply score the bread with a knife and then stuff the boursin in. Bake in a baking dish for 10 mins or so.
