Batter:
- 4 oz flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint milk
- Salt
Method
Chuck the sausages in a baking tray with a little olive oil for 20 mins. I used ordinary sausages but you could upgrade them to apple ones or anything else you can find!
Whisk all the ingredients together. In an ideal world you leave it to stand for an hour or so but this is not necessary (you can do it straight away). Then pour batter in with the sausages and cook for another 20 minutes.
That is literally it. How easy is that?!
