- Knob of butter
- 1 pudding spoon of muscovado sugar
- 2 pudding spoons of plain flour
- Half a teaspoon of golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 4 pieces of chocolate
Method
Pop everything except the chocolate into a mug and mix together to a paste. Pop a frying pan on and melt a little butter in it. Pour over half the mix and let it cook until it's beginning to harden up on the bottom - now put the chocolate on top and pour the remaining mix on. Let it cook a little then carefully fold one half over the chocolate and then flip it.
Cut up and revel in your brilliance!
