- Some Jaffa cakes
- Some milk
- 1 egg
- About 20-30g chocolate
Pop the Jaffa cakes into a ramekin. Add the chocolate in sporadically and broken up.
Pour some milk into a vessel and crack in an egg. Whizz it together with a fork until it goes foamy. If you haven't got enough liquid to cover the Jaffa cakes, then add some more milk. Don't worry if it looks too wet, the Jaffa cakes soak it up.
Pop in the oven at 180 for 15-18 mins. It should look like the pictures.
