This is spectacular. It's Millionaire's Shortbread - but better! No denying it. Elena introduced it to me and it is glorious. Do it. Will change your life. This recipe is so easy and it tastes soooo good! A must! I reckon this will cost less than £1 to make all four mousses (use Tesco/Sainsbury's own chocolate). I used ramekins that were 3 inches across and 1 inch deep. These would be a good dinner party pud or date night thing as it's easy to make but still tastes fab. Maybe serve with raspberries or something if doing for date night #toptip. This is a great summer recipe. It is healthy, light but somehow quite filling.
The only downside is that it has what I call "cat food tuna" (tuna from a tin) which everyone knows smells horrible. However, this recipe makes it bearable! Give it a go. This is simply divine. It comes from a book called "Art of the Tart" (great name) and it's just delish! It is actually surprisingly light. Enjoy. Germanic and Charlotte came over the other day and we had a lovely evening. This is well worth a go.
