- 300ml double cream
- 397g Nestle condensed milk (that's just the size of the tin)
- 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla essence (I used Tesco's own)
Pour the cream into a bowl. Whisk until it's just beginning to thicken (see vid) and then add in the condensed milk. Whisk again until all combined and a bit thicker and then add in the vanilla.
Stir together and then pour into a bowl or pot. Cover with cling film and freeze.
Suggest you take it out a bit earlier than you want to eat it so it can soften up a bit.
