- Sliced tinned mangos in syrup
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 tbs self raising flour
- 3 oz butter
- 1 egg
Method
I could not be bothered to do the washing up for a whisk so you can use a fork for this.
Melt the butter slightly in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then add the sugar and the flour. Mix to a paste (with your fork).
Now add the egg. Go a bit mental with the fork so that it has all combined and looks like cake mix.
Pour the mango slices and some syrup into your ramekin. Cover with the cake mix and cook on a high heat for about 10 minutes, or until golden.
Boom. Done. It is amazing you have to try it.
