So this is like our Three Ingredient Brownie recipe but with a cheeky vanilla cheesecake topping! FUNKY. Did it with proper Nutella and it's just gorgeous. I am a huge fan! They're really lovely and moist. Went down very well! I cut it into 6 large slices.
- 400g Nutella
- 65g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 120g cream cheese
- 45g caster sugar
- A lid of vanilla extract (see vid)
Method
Blitz the nutella, flour and egg together. It goes pretty thick and gooey. Line the bottom of a baking tray; I'm using one about the size of an iPad (the 'Air' model) and dollop the mix on.
Clean your bowl (or throw caution to the wind and use a new bowl) and add in the cream cheese and caster sugar. Beat until smooth. Now add in the vanilla extract. Blitz. It'll go kind of runny. That's cool.
Drizzle the cream cheese on and kind of swirl it a bit (the chocolate is so thick that it doesn't really marble that well).
Pop it in the oven for 20 mins at 180 then cover with tin foil for 8 mins then chuck it in again without the foil on for a final two mins. It might be a bit wobbly when you take it out but when it cools down it goes super gooey and lovely.
That's it. How easy was that! Give it a shot and share the recipe!
