Glossary of Barking Baking Terms

This is a list of all the slightly ambiguous terms I use for measurements. Ken suggested this; I think it is a brilliant idea. If there is something I have missed, email me at [email protected].

• "A slug of..." - equates to about 40ml of whatever liquid it is
• "An obese slug..." - is about 100ml (this one is dedicated to Ken)
• A knob of butter - notoriously ambiguous, about 15g....
