250g chocolate chip cookies
500g cream cheese
2 shots baileys
100g chocolate, broken into pieces
Melt the butter in a pan. Crush the biscuits. Add them in with the butter and mix well. Pop in baking dish with removable bottom and squish down with the back of a spoon. Fridge whilst you do the next bit.
Blitz the cream cheese and sugar together. Add in the egg. Blitz. Add in the baileys. Blitz. Pour over the base.
Cook for 15 mins at 180 then take it out and poke the chocolate in it artistically - check out the vid to see what we did! Then bung back in for a further 17 mins. It should just wobble when you take it out and the top should be browning.
Cool completely then take out and serve!
