- 2 bananas
- Ginger, peeled, about the size of the end of your thumb
- A tad bit of milk can help it blend
Cut up the banana and put on some baking paper on a plate. Freeze overnight.
Peel and chop the ginger and put it in a blender with the banana. Blend. Scrape down the size of the blender. It'll eventually go a gelato texture. The banana will be really hard and cold (obviously, it's been in the freezer!) so it might take some time.
