- 65g butter
- 3 desert spoons light brown sugar
- 3 desert spoons raisins
- 7 desert spoons oats
- 1 banana
Method
Melt the butter in a pan and then add the sugar. Mix. Now pop in the raisins and oats. Stir until everything is covered.
Pop on a baking tray (butter the tray before you pop it in the oven so they don't stick) and lay the banana on top.
About 18-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
