- 2 eggs
- Splash of milk (see vid)
- Strong cheese
- Ham
- Salt and pepper
Method
Crack the eggs into a pot/vessel. Add the milk. Beat with a fork. Season.
Chop up the ham and cheese (suggest you do this before you put the mix in otherwise it can be stressful).
Pop a frying pan on a fairly low heat and melt a small knob of butter. Pour the mix over it. Let it cook a little then add the ham and cheese.
Poke the omelette around the edges and when it is nicely golden underneath try and flip one edge over (so it looks like a semi-circle).
Cook for a little longer then eat!
