- Half an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
- 6 blackpudding sausages
- Lots of cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Spaghetti (probably just under 500g)
Fry up the sausages on a lowish heat in some olive oil. When they have browned slightly and appear to be holding their shape a bit better, take them out one by one and chop into 3 or 4 pieces. Pop them back in the pan. Add the chopped garlic and onion. Fry until soft.
Boil a kettle and get the pasta on.
Now pour the tomatoes in with the sausages and bring to the boil. Season and taste.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the tomato sauce. Stir well.
Chuck half of the pasta into a baking dish. Cover with a layer of cheese. Add the rest of the pasta and then add more cheese.
Cook for 30 mins at 180.
