- 1 Onion
- A chicken breast per person
- A glass of white wine
- 300ml double cream
- Salt and pepper
- Cheese
Method
Chop and fry the onion. Dice the chicken and add to the pan. Fry until white. Pour in the wine, add the cream, salt and pepper and allow to boil.
Chuck it in the oven at 180 for 45mins
Grate in lots of cheese and stir until melted.
You can also fry up some mushrooms in butter with some Lea and Perrins. Add the mushrooms to the casserole (don't do this before you cook it all otherwise the mushrooms go all nasty).
Serve with spinach, tomatoes, rice and red cabbage. Niiiiicccceeeee.
