I put ice cream in them but could do fruit or something if you're that way inclined.

- 100g butter
- 100g muscovado sugar
- 1 pudding spoon golden syrup
- 25g cocoa powder
- 125g plain flour
- 100g white chocolate
- Ice cream
- Perhaps some walnuts
Slightly melt the butter in microwave to make it easier to whisk. Add in the sugar. Beat. Add in the syrup. Beat. Add in the cocoa powder. Beat. Add in the flour. Beat (carefully, else it goes everywhere).
Break in the chocolate.
Grab a cupcake tin. Cut around a glass to make a circle of baking paper. Pop a circle in each cupcake holder thing.
Grab a ball of dough/chocolate and press it into each hole. Make a hollow in the middle to make a cup shape.
I got 6 out of this recipe.
Cook for 9 mins at 180. Take out and let it cool totally. Bung in the fridge for a bit.
To remove the cookie cups, gently slide a thin knife down the side and they should just pop out. Peel the paper away from the bottom.
Serve with ice cream in the hollow and a sprinkling of strawberry/walnut.
