- 1 egg, beaten with a fork
- 3/4 of a mug of milk
- 1 tbs sugar
- A teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Shot of cognac
Method
Pour the egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon into a pan and slowly warm up. Stir it. It will eventually thicken (after about 5 mins) enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Put half a shot of cognac in your mug and then pour the milky mix over it. Drink and eat mince pies.
