- 3 pudding spoons self raising flour
- 3 pudding spoons sugar
- 1 fork of peanut butter (see video, basically a pudding spoon but forks are great for stirring with)
- 1 egg
- A smidge of vanilla essence (I used the lid of the bottle)
- A pudding spoon of jam
- Some icing sugar for decoration
Pop the flour, sugar, peanut butter and egg into a large mug and then whizz with a fork. Add the vanilla essence in and mix up. Cook for 1 minute in your microwave. If you press touch the top with your finger some cake mix should come away but underneath it should look like proper cooked cake (this is just how it seems to work with microwaves).
Pop the jam on top and then sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
