- 150ml double cream
- 397g condensed milk
- 4 lemons; grate the rind on all four and juice 1.5
Beat the cream until it is soft but thick with a fork in a bowl.
Pour the condensed milk into another bowl and then add in the lemon rind and juice. Mix together. Then fold the cream into the mix.
Spoon it into some glasses and allow them to chill for about half an hour. Chill in a fridge.
