- 2 sausages - get good ones, that way you know they aren't horse
- 1 two slices of bread, toasted
- Cheese, of your choice, mature is best
- Ketchup, obviously
Method
Cook the sausages in the oven for about 20 mins, covering lightly with olive oil. Turns out this is not something people normally do but the advantage is that you can leave them whereas on the hob you feel like you need to tend to them. Having said that, it is a good idea to roll them about half way through so that they do not cook too much on one side.
Chuck it all in the baguette. Enjoy.
