- 150g plain flour
- 90g butter
- 50g sugar
- A splash of milk
Beat the sugar and the butter together until creamy.
Add the flour and knead. It should look something like this.
Cook at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes. You do not want them to be hard when you first take them out - instead they should be slightly spongy. They will go hard as they cool.
Serve with some strawberries and a sprinkling of icing sugar over the top.
