- 20g butter
- 20g muscovado sugar
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- 30g plain flour
- 1 tsp chocolate spread
Pop the butter in a bowl. Add in the sugar and stir with a fork. Add in the syrup. Mix with the fork. Add in the flour. Mix with the fork.
Now you will have a cookie dough. Take a baking tray lined with baking paper and grab half the dough. Squash it into a cookie and then dollop on some of the chocolate spread.
Grab the remaining cookie dough and squash into another cookie shape and then cover the first half and the chocolate spread. Make sure it's all sealed then cook for 9 mins at 180.
When it comes out it will be all floppy. Let it cool and it turns into a cookie.
