- 2 bananas, chopped up and frozen on baking paper on a plate
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (Sunpat is best)
- 4 squares of chocolate
- A little milk
Method
Freeze the banana. Best bet is to leave it overnight.
When you fancy making it, pop the banana in the blender and blitx for a bit. You'll need a fork to push it down the sides so that it actually blends. Add a little milk (see video). Pop in the peanut butter. Blitz until smooth.
Finally, add in the chocolate and blitz a bit. Doesn't matter if it doesn't get annihilated as we like large chunks of chocolate in anything!
Grate some chocolate on top to make it look pretty.
