- 200g diced chicken
- Green pesto
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Start to fry the chicken in a large slug of olive oil (a couple of tablespoons). It takes about 15 mins to cook fully. After about 5 mins get the pasta on the heat.
When the chicken is cooked - cut it open and it should be white, not pink - add it to the drained pasta. Pop in two teaspoons of pesto and crumble in a large hunk of cheese. Give it all a stir and eat immediately.
