- 2-3 large pudding spoons of greek yoghurt
- Handful (8) of strawberries, hulled (get rid of the green bit)
- A banana
Grab a small bowl and line with baking paper. Now spoon in the yoghurt and add the strawberries. Freeze overnight.
Take the yoghurt out of the bowl (you may need to pour some hot water over the bottom of the bowl to loosen it) and peel away the baking paper.
Bung it in a blender and blend. Add in the banana. Continue blending. Depending on how cold your freezer is, this can take a bit of time. If it's really solid you could microwave the yoghurt for 10 secs and then try and break it up into little pieces.
