- 1 tbs balsamic
- 3 tbs olive oil
- Squeeze of lemon
- Handful French beans
- Broad beans
- Iceberg lettuce
- Pasta (I used Messicani - anything small is good)
Boil the egg for 6 mins to ensure it is hard boiled. Skin the egg and run under cold water to cool down. Cut in half when you put it in.
Cook the pasta in boiling water and drain. Leave to cool - pour a slug of olive oil in to stop the pasta sticking.
