It's basically edgy porridge. Give it a shot.
- Oats (I used porridge oats), a few inches in your jar
- Milk, enough to cover the oats
- A couple of dollops of Greek Yoghurt
- Strawberries
- Banana
- Walnuts
Method
Bung the oats in your jar. Pour in enough milk to just cover the oats. Add in about 3/4 of an inch of greek yog (see video).
Thinly slice some strawberries and lay them on top. Pop a lid on the jar and bung in the fridge overnight.
The following morning: cut up a banana and chuck that in. Top with some walnuts.
Eat. Stir it up a bit to mix well. The oats will be a porridge-y consistency. Fills you up no end!
