- 2 rashers of bacon
- 1 avocado
- 1 egg
- 3 slices of bread, toasted
Fry the bacon in a little olive oil/butter.
Whilst that's cooking, cut up the avocado (see video for technique). Remember to turn the bacon.
Now toast two bits of your bread (my toaster only does two at a time). The bacon might well be done by this stage so take it out to stop it burning then chuck an egg in.
Grab a piece of your toast. Pop on some ketchup then the bacon. Now grab the other bit of toast (put your final piece of bread in when you take the first batch of toast out) and spread about half the avocado onto it. Pop that on top of the bacon.
Now spread the remaining avocado on (see vid) then some more ketchup, then your egg, then more ketchup then the final bit of toast.
Cut up and enjoy!
